Lauri Täht’s 40 Minutes in Krulli Is Back — Featuring Kristo “Kusti” Õismets.

Winter rolled into town like a drunk bouncer with a grudge and refused to leave. Month after month it kept its icy boot on our necks. Since October, the beloved plywood kingdom of Krulli had been silent. No wheels rattling across the plywood, no coping abuse, no daily ritual of throwing ourselves at obstacles in the name of progress.

But surrender was never on the menu.

When the old Krulli was moved, the locals looked at the pile of timber not as rubble, but as raw material for the next glorious disaster. Leading the charge was Kristo “Kusti” Õismets and his crew of dedicated plywood maniacs, sacrificing evenings, weekends, and whatever fragments of free time they could find to bring Krulli back from the dead.

The result is Krulli 2.0—a magnificent beast of transitions, lines, and questionable life choices. A plywood paradise stitched together with sweat, stubbornness, and an unhealthy obsession with skateboarding. It’s not officially open yet, but it’s standing there, breathing heavily and waiting for its first victims.

Behind the camera, Lauri Täht—lens wizard, documentarian, and one of the golden hands that helped build the park—has resurrected his legendary 40 Minutes in Krulli series. For this comeback episode, he pointed the camera at the man who seems to hold half the park together: builder master, paint master, cleanup commander, problem solver, and full-time local ripper Kristo “Kusti” Õismets.

Boneless !

With additional camera support from Rainer Kaur, the crew delivers a first glimpse into the madness brewing behind Krulli’s freshly painted walls.

So crack open a beverage, lean back, and enjoy the clip. And while you’re at it, follow the crew on Instagram for updates. The wait is almost over. Krulli 2.0 is pacing behind the gates like a caged animal, just as eager to open as the rest of us are to shred it.
