1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items such as gift cards, digital products, or custom-made products are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your product.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer’s Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Company’s Responsibility: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
