Alright punks, we’re back! Two weeks off the grid, deep in the Belgian motherland—stuffing our faces with fries, dodging rainclouds, and catching up with the fam. But of course, we couldn’t stay off the board for long.

We made a proper pilgrimage across the border to hit some sacred spots, including a few crusty gems just a stone’s throw from where we crawled out into the world. Sessions were shared, souls were stoked, and at the center of it all? Our dear friend and sonic wizard, Dan Luciani—aka Sonic Dan. Luxembourg’s finest drummer, surf-powered stoke machine, and underground skate historian with a nose for lost transitions.

Enter Joe Logelin, new to the cult of pool worship, and what better place to baptize him than Schifflange—Luxembourg’s beast of a bowl with vert for days and no mercy in sight. That thing still echoes with my first backyard pool drop-in from 20 years ago. It bit me back then, and it still growls.

Even Zéphyr, the Nightwood mascot and certified menace, got his paws wet in the deep end. Kid’s got heart—and Luxembourg doesn’t mess around. Every town seems locked in a skatepark arms race.
